Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This website is operated by Arkenstone Decoration Design & Implementation L.L.C., trading as Arkenstone Design (“Arkenstone”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These Terms cover the website only. Any design, fit-out or production work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or replaces it.
1. Using this website
You may view, browse and print pages from this site for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain access to areas or data you are not authorised to reach.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from interruption.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including renders, visualisations, photographs, drawings, elevations, plans, written descriptions, layouts, graphics and the Arkenstone name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or create derivative works from any of this content, in any medium, without our prior written permission. This applies in particular to project imagery: our visualisations are original work produced in-house, and they may not be used to represent, promote or illustrate any other project, portfolio, listing or service.
Using our imagery to train, fine-tune or benchmark machine learning or generative systems is not permitted without our prior written consent.
If you would like to reference or reproduce our work — for press, publication, academic use or any other purpose — please ask us first. We are generally glad to say yes when credit is given.
3. Projects shown on this site
Project pages and galleries show a selection of our work. Images may include concept and development-stage visuals as well as completed work, and captions indicate this where relevant. Visualisations are representations of a design intent: materials, finishes, lighting and planting shown in a render may differ from what is finally built.
Out of respect for our clients, we identify projects by location and type rather than by client name. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement about the identity, circumstances or property of any individual client.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Information on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not an offer, a quotation, or professional advice, and it does not create a contractual relationship.
Sending us an enquiry does not oblige either of us to proceed. A project begins only when scope, fees and terms are agreed in a signed written agreement.
5. Accuracy of content
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date at any given moment. Project statuses, availability and details change. If something here matters to a decision you are making, please confirm it with us directly.
6. Links to other websites
This site may link to third-party websites, platforms or embedded services, including mapping and social media. Those services are operated by others, and we have no control over their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what you find there. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data, and our use of cookies and analytics, are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please get in touch using the details on our Contact page.
