Every Project, One Studio
Projects across the UAE, Morocco and the United States, from whole-villa architecture to single-discipline interior, landscape, hospitality and wellness work. Every one was designed in-house, and the joinery and furniture in them was made in our own atelier.
Architecture
Whole-villa projects taken from massing and facade through to the forms that give each house its character. We work from the plot outward — orientation, shade, approach and privacy first — so the envelope answers the site before it answers a style.
Interiors
Room-by-room interior projects, from a single apartment to a full villa. Stone is specified as pattern rather than surface, joinery is drawn to the millimetre, and every fitted piece is made in our own workshop rather than bought in.
Landscape
Gardens, terraces, pool decks and the studies behind them. Planting plans, shaded outdoor rooms, water and lighting are designed alongside the building rather than added to it once the structure is finished.
Hospitality
Commercial interiors designed to work as hard as they look: service routes, seating density, acoustics and back-of-house planned with the same care as the finishes a guest sees.
Design and Build
The full turnkey route, delivered end to end from first sketch to handover under one contract — design, procurement, fabrication and site supervision, with a single point of responsibility throughout.
